Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Thank you Paula Deen for this heavenly tasting but horribly fattening recipe!  Had to take a dessert to our church lifegroup potluck and saw Paula make this on her show and just couldn't resist.  Your typical pineapple upside down cake - except the double layer version (stacked on top of each other) and then just for added sweetness some pineapple buttercream icing around the sides!  Ahhh!  I won't tell you how many sticks of butter are in this whole recipe.  It was delicious, but definitely a diet killer!
